Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Note: currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any international locations.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, Shopify will automatically send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number so you can view real time updates.

If the carrier provides delivery confirmation, you will also receive a delivery notification email when your order is marked as delivered.

Missing or Delayed Orders

For retail orders, if you haven't received your order within 10 days, please contact us at support@idrissiandburch.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.

Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural catastrophes (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, etc.), adverse weather conditions, or any other events outside our control.
